Check the overall status of our services

Reviewed on 2 min read estado incidencias monitorizacion

Open Help → Service status to check the overall state of the platform. The same information is available on the public Service status page without signing in.

What is checked

The page groups the components for:

  • web hosting;
  • control panel;
  • email;
  • DNS;
  • databases;
  • backups.

Each group appears as Operational, Degraded performance, Incident in progress, Maintenance or No data. The information is updated periodically and may be cached for about a minute.

No data means there is no valid recent reading; it should not be taken as operational. If a node has not reported for more than fifteen minutes, the page avoids showing a healthy status it cannot confirm.

What it does not diagnose

The overall status does not include alerts specific to a website, a certificate or a malware detection on your account. The platform showing as operational does not rule out an isolated problem.

If only your service is failing, open its page and check Service health. If the problem continues, create a ticket giving the domain, the approximate time and the error you saw.

Report a problem that continues

Note which service is failing, the time with its time zone and the message you get. Check whether it also happens from another connection, where possible, and add the result to the ticket.

A general incident marked as resolved does not on its own show that an application has recovered all its functions. Test the task that was failing (opening the website, sending email or connecting to the database) and continue the same ticket if the problem persists.
