What to compare
Match each item with its domain or service, period, price, taxes, discounts and account credit applied. The amount to pay may differ from the initial sum if credit or an adjustment has been applied.
A pending proforma invoice is not proof of payment. On an invoice, check the payment date and method; if a corrective invoice appears, also open the original document it refers to. Downloading the PDF does not change or pay the document.
If you still do not recognise a line, open a ticket with the document number and the item. You do not need to send card details or passwords for us to review it.
