Privacy and contracts
The account holder can view the documents from My account > Privacy and contracts in the client area.
Read or download a contract
Contracts and policies lists the documents that apply to the account: domain terms, the hosting and email contract and the privacy policy. Each one shows its acceptance date or that it is pending.
Click Read to open the text or PDF to download it. If there are pending documents, read them before ticking them and using Accept selected.
Choose marketing communications
Under Communications, turn I want to receive the newsletter and offers on or off and click Save. Open the screen again to check your selection.
This preference covers marketing communications. Technical notices, maintenance and the notifications needed to manage the services follow their own channel; turning off the newsletter does not cancel a service or withdraw acceptance of its contracts.
