Choose which service to order

Go to Order in the client area to start a new order. If you are signed in with a sub-account, you need purchase permission.

Available orders

The ordering centre offers two starting points:

• Hosting, to compare hosting or reseller plans and choose their period.
• Domain, to register a new name or transfer one you already have.

Starting prices are calculated from the current catalogue. Always check the cycle and the total shown on screen rather than relying on a figure you noted earlier.

Operations done from somewhere else

To upgrade existing hosting, add space or resources, change plan or order a dedicated IP, open that service's page. To renew, first check Billing > Pending payments; if there is no proforma invoice, use the renewal option on the service's page.

If the cart already contains something, Go to cart appears. Review it before starting another configuration so you do not add the same service twice.

Before you start, have the full domain ready and decide whether you are going to register it, transfer it or keep it with its current provider. If you manage several client accounts, check which one you are ordering from: the service will be attached to that account.
