Configure hosting or a reseller plan before paying

Reviewed on 2 min read hosting reseller basket

After choosing a plan, you need to set the details that define the activation before you reach Complete order.

Configure hosting

  1. Confirm the plan and the billing cycle.
  2. Choose Register a new one, Bring the one I have or Use an external one.
  3. Type the domain without http, paths or slashes.
  4. Continue with the domain configuration or with checkout.

If you register or transfer the domain, the hosting is added to the cart first and then the name configuration opens. If you use an external domain, you can add the hosting and go to the cart or carry on configuring another one.

To order several hosting accounts in the same order, click Add and continue. The plan and period are kept for the next domain. For registrations and transfers, click Add to cart and configure another hosting when you complete the domain configuration. You can repeat this as many times as you need and open View cart to review and pay for everything together. Choose another plan lets you change plan for the next hosting.

If you leave the second step, the hosting may stay in the cart with no domain attached. Check the summary before starting again.

Configure a reseller plan

Choose the cycle, the number of accounts and the total space within the limits the plan shows. When you continue, review the confirmation screen and click Add to order to open checkout.

Check the summary before confirming the order. The cart rejects another line with the same cycle and the same capacity, so repeating the operation does not create duplicates.

Before ordering a new account

If you already have the service and only need more capacity, open its page to upgrade it. A new hosting account does not automatically receive the files, mailboxes or databases of the previous one.

On a reseller plan, the capacity you order is the total you can share out between accounts. After activation you will need to create the accounts and assign them limits from the multi-account panel. Check the cycle and the order total, as well as the equivalent monthly fee.
