Access your email through webmail and use Roundcube
Webmail lets you read, send and organise email from the browser. On our hosting you can use Roundcube without installing an app on your computer.
Log in from the client area
This route is for whoever manages the hosting:
- Log in to the client area.
- Open Hosting > Manage on the relevant service and click Open cPanel.
- Go to Email Accounts and find the mailbox.
- Click Check Email. If the webmail options page appears, open Roundcube.
Check the mailbox address before sending a message, especially if you manage several accounts.
Log in directly with the mailbox details
If you only use one email account, you do not need the hosting owner's credentials. You can open the service's webmail access, for example:
https://yourdomain.com/webmail
Replace the domain with the service's own. As the username, type the full email address and use that mailbox's password.
If you have moved the website to another provider, that path may no longer lead to Hostsuar email. Ask the hosting administrator for the correct access; do not try the password in unfamiliar forms. If a certificate warning appears, stop and check the address.
Once you are in
In Roundcube you can open the inbox, write a message, reply and organise messages into folders. To check a new account, send a message to an external address and reply from it.
Changes are made to the mailbox on the server. If you delete a message from webmail, the change may also show on devices that use IMAP. Log out when you finish, especially on a shared computer.
If you cannot log in
- Incorrect password: check that you are using the full address and the mailbox password. See how to change it if you have forgotten it.
- The mailbox does not appear in cPanel: confirm that you are on the right hosting and that the email does not belong to an external provider.
- You can log in, but you are not receiving messages: login and receiving are separate checks. Check space, MX and routing.
If you need help, give us the affected address, the time and the error shown, without including the password.
