Correct a mistake before registering or renewing a domain
Once the payment is confirmed, Hostsuar automatically queues the registration or renewal request. It normally starts processing within a few minutes, but we cannot guarantee a maximum of five minutes: the queue, an error or the registry's response can delay it.
When the registry confirms the operation, the requested domain or period cannot be corrected as if it were a pending order.
Hostsuar does not guarantee that an operation that has already been accepted can be cancelled, corrected or refunded. Check the name and the period carefully before paying. If you spot a mistake while it is still shown as pending, contact support immediately and do not place a second order.
Check the request before paying
Check the full name, the extension, the number of years and whether you are registering, renewing or transferring. A one-letter mistake identifies a different domain. Also check the holder details: correcting them follows a different procedure from changing the registered name.
If you spot a mistake, tell us the domain, the proforma invoice number and which detail needs reviewing. The panel still showing a pending activation does not guarantee that the registry has not already accepted the operation.
Turning off future renewals does not undo a completed renewal. To avoid repeating the same mistake, also check the period and the renewal settings left on the domain's page.
