Hostsuar nameservers
Hostsuar's nameservers are:
| Server | Name |
|---|---|
| DNS 1 | ns1.theservercluster.com |
| DNS 2 | ns2.theservercluster.com |
| DNS 3 | ns3.theservercluster.com |
Enter the full names, without https:// or paths, in your registrar's nameserver section. You don't normally need to give their IPs. If the form requires IP addresses or host registration details, ask us before using old values.
Before you change them
Check that the destination zone contains the records needed for your website, email and external services. Changing the nameservers doesn't copy those records or move files or messages. If the domain uses DNSSEC, also prepare the transition of its keys and DS records.
- Domain registered with Hostsuar: follow how to change the nameservers.
- Domain registered with another company: change the nameservers at that registrar. The zone will be managed at Hostsuar once the delegation takes effect.
- You only need to change one record: use the zone editor; don't change the whole delegation to create a TXT record or point a subdomain.
Check the result
Check which nameservers public DNS returns and test your website and email. The registrar's confirmation message shows it has accepted the operation, but caches may keep using the old values. For a migration, continue with the DNS change with minimal downtime.
